Position: Tele sales Executive
Location: Pitampura, Delhi (Office: Office 123, D Mall, Netaji Subash Road, Pitampura New Delhi 110034)

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential students and parents who are seeking study abroad guidance. The telesales executive will be responsible for:

    • Contacting leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, social media, and referrals.

    • Explaining our services and guiding students about study abroad options.

    • Scheduling appointments and follow-ups for the counseling team.

    • Maintaining lead data and daily call records.

    • Achieving monthly lead conversion and appointment targets.

    • Building trust and long-term relationships with students.

    • Coordinating with the counseling and admissions teams for smooth workflow.

    • Graduation.

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written communication.

    ·      6 months – 2 years of experience in telesales/tele calling/customer handling

    ·      Excellent communication skills in English

    • MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)

    • Multi-Tasking.

    • Keen to learn, adaptable, good grasping power.

    • Experience in using CRM or lead management tools (preferred)

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Pitampura, Delhi (Office: 1Office 123, D Mall, Netaji Subash Road, Pitampura, New Delhi 110034)

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth of Kiwiana’s advisory services in the Delhi/NCR region. The incumbent will identify and develop new business opportunities (students, working professionals, families), manage relationships with educational institutions, employers and referral partners, and contribute to meeting revenue targets. This role requires a proactive, target-driven professional who understands the immigration / overseas education market and can convert leads into clients through strong relationship building and value-based selling.

    • Identify, develop and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities: student visa applicants, work-visa applicants, residency clients and referral partnerships.

    • Build and maintain relationships with local educational institutions, training centres, colleges/universities, employers, counsellors, and other strategic partners in Delhi/NCR.

    • Conduct outreach activities: seminars, webinars, campus visits, school/college tie-ups, walk-in events, and referral partner meetings.

    • Drive lead generation: manage inbound enquiries (via social media, website, walk-in), follow-up, convert to consultation appointments and ultimately fee-paying clients.

    • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategy and service offerings.

    • Work closely with the operations/visa-advisory team to ensure smooth hand-over of new clients, maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.

    • Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets: number of new clients, revenue from services, conversion ratios.

    • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead funnel status, partnerships, and performance metrics to management.

    • Represent the company at external events, fairs, seminars and networking functions to raise brand awareness and develop new contacts.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field. Master’s is a plus.

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development / sales within the immigration, overseas education, study-abroad consulting, or allied professional services domain.

    • Proven track record of achieving sales/Business Development targets.

    • Strong network in Delhi/NCR education, career counselling, corporate hiring, and immigration consultancy space is desirable.

    • Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

    • Ability to understand complex service offerings (visas, immigration, study options) and articulate value to prospective clients.

    • High level of initiative, self-motivation, goal-orientation and ability to work under pressure.

    • Analytical mindset: ability to monitor metrics, lead conversion data, and refine approach accordingly.

    • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

    • Willingness to travel locally within Delhi/NCR for client meetings, seminars, and events.
